A ripple effect in time. It has been said, we are just dust in the wind.
For everything which has been done, will be repeated and for everything which has been given, will be taken. This comes to me after a tailspin of a week.
In everything I see I realize that time passes by so quickly.
Spring is here, the buds are beginning to show signs of life.
The air, filled with the remnants of winter, time passes.
The children who were once toddlers are now running spirits in laughter. Filled with life, this next generation is growing up way too fast.
Everything changes.
Our elderly, our parents and friends are passing away. Memories are kept close to our hearts as we say our final goodbyes.
Our lives are altered, time is running out.
In life, everything changes. We need a new perspective. If we are the remnants of yesterday, is our past going to catch up with us?
As the clock keeps ticking, the minutes we spend painfully aware of our time, we realize life is short.
There is a certain emptiness in our souls when we look at the frailty of life.
Realizing we too will face our last breath one day, we purposely drive our hearts to engage. Finding ourselves at a crossroad desperately seeking truth, we hunger for faith.
Faith is the monumental marker everything hinges on.
Faith is time released. It engages us to seek truth and victory. We recover in faith and we trust in faith. As life continues, and it will until the end of time, we never lose faith.
For faith is the ultimate clockmaker. With every second and every hour, our faith gets stronger if we remain true. Trusting in our faith when everything else seems to disappear, we gain perspective.
A bell isn’t a bell until you ring it, a song isn’t a song until you sing it, and the love in your heart wasn’t put there to stay, love isn’t love until you give it away. – Oscar Hammerstein II
For in faith we know the spring buds will blossom into flowering beauty. For in faith, we watch our children grow to become responsible, caring adults.
One thing we know for certain, everything changes. In this life, we will say goodbye to loved ones and yet we will love them into eternity.
This season will soon pass away but our faith will become stronger with each passing day. Giving the love we receive, we share in the beauty of life and our faith arises.
We learn, we live, we trust, we love and we believe. This is a time of faith, a time we find healing.
