Find a niche. Become an expert. Share your knowledge. There’s more to writing than sharing your knowledge. Having wisdom is much greater than having knowledge. Books have knowledge, readers gain understanding, but real wisdom is based on experiences.
Teachers teach, Professors profess, and speakers speak, but the human race is far more reaching. We have the capability to stretch our minds beyond what we can see. Our imaginations have the ability to produce greatness. How are we using our minds, with the inventions we create, with the books we write, or with the movies we make? Are we making this world a better place?
The tools we have are ready for us, the gifts we possess are available, and the choices we make will lead us, so why isn’t it making a difference? Asking ourselves the same questions, we all want to see change. Electing a President whose theme was about change created the atmosphere we were desperately seeking. So we are left waiting in the wings. Pondering the changes and trying to alter the way in which we live.
Living in a world filled with opinions, attitudes, and social status, we cling to ourselves. Climbing the mountain of hope, believing that our lives will make a difference, is it just wishful thinking? Desiring change and showing light to a darkened world to take the sting out of our pain?
Grow in grace and believe in others. Wisdom is taking the knowledge you have and piercing it with humble grace. The ability to lower your head in humility with forgiveness and gratitude is a choice. Only with faith and understanding can a bridge be built. Sharing of wisdom through writing, experiences, and attitudes will puncture this great abyss.
It is our mark on this world, wisdom of the ages to express our gratitude for this life by embracing each other with kindness. Sharing the gifts we have been given and remembering the ones who have come before us to put the footprints in the sand. We will walk alone but we still need each other. Wisdom among the fruit bearers will shine for future generations.

Hi Faith,
“Having wisdom is much greater than having knowledge” is SO true.
Reminds me of a prayer.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
But the wisdom to know the difference.
The words may have strayed from the original prayer, but the message is the same.
Love your blog. You are a brilliant writer you craft your words so beautifully I want to read more.
I have subscribed to your blog. 🙂
