Are we there yet?

Faith is trusting, while still unknown, in the unanswered prayers of our lifetime. Wandering the desert, chilled by the darkness of our lives, we are trying to find beliefs that will stir our soul. The sky is filled with endless deep dark holes. At night, stars dance to enhance the darkness.  Pursuing our dreams and desires is a lot like that. We begin with nothing more but a dream. Upon arrival of a new thought, we get motivated, sparking new ideas into our soul. Yet we are never satisfied, always wanting something more.

Did you know that Love, is the most searched for word on the internet? We are all searching for something. Is it love? Peace? Contentment?

Whatever motivates your heart will stir your soul. Finding truth in all circumstances will lead you to contentment and eventually peace. But true love is not going to be found in search engines. The path to peace and contentment can be found with God’s timing.

One night, thousands of years ago, one bright star led the way.

That night came to us a Savior. One who promised peace and comfort in a world filled with disease and pain.  The prophecies were spoken, the messages were preached, for thousands of years. People waited. Watching for the coming of their Messiah, and they believed. They had Faith. In prayer, they anticipated. In God’s timing, He was born.  “But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son.”  Gal. 4:4 

Seeing is believing. But for those who believe, yet do not see, they have faith. One day the time will come when our blessed Messiah will return.  He will not come again as a newborn baby but will rise over the Heavens with a trumpet blasting. It won’t be a quiet arrival like a baby born in a manger far away. A star is not going to appear and show you the path to travel.  No, this time the skies will open up. The Angels will declare His glory for the entire world to see.

In God’s timing, not ours, everything will be made right.  You see, He makes all things new.  Once believed, you become a New Creation. He will wipe all the tears away. Your face will glow with a love like no other, a love that surpass all understanding, a love so true, that nothing can constrain it.

Pursue your dreams today and continue to be the person you are meant to be. Living patiently, waiting for this coming keeps your faith rising.  Trust this truth today and live out your visions. Becoming a new creation will not be simple but it will be well worth it.
