The Signpost is Within Reach

Experiencing God’s best is found in the daily walk of life. It takes a real perspective to make changes in life.

Each day begins a new day, with wonderous possibilities and opportunities to improve.

Walking with God is found in the baby steps of faith. The closer you walk with Him, the more you will hear Him.

As you read the scriptures, listen to positive soul-soothing music, and seek out relationships that will encourage, you will find that God is within reach.

In my daily commute to work, I would always seek out a road that was interesting. Driving in heavy traffic is stressful.

Sometimes the road less travelled may take you a little out of your way, but the scenery is simply amazing.

Getting caught up in life, the road of discovery is pretty amazing.  There was a little market at the intersection, off the beaten path. The name above the door read, “Within Reach.” It became my crossroads. As I reached this intersection each day, I could see the marquee. It rang something true, deep inside of me. I stopped at this crossroad and paused. Realizing God was within reach, I knew, He was traveling with me.

“Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord your God is with you; He will not fail you, nor forsake you.” – Deuteronomy 31:16

This message of hope comforted me after a long, hard day of work. Fighting heavy traffic, I gained a new perspective.

Those little towns and roads less travelled may take you off the main highway but there is something of value to take away from this situation. Reaching the crossroads of life, decisions have to be made.

How do you decide which way you should go? For me, I watched the signpost, it said, “Within Reach.”  This was my marker, designed to tell me that God is always there for me.

For it didn’t matter which road I was on that day, I knew He would always remain within reach.
